Construction is Buzzing at Saddle Bridge in Davie, FL!

Townhome Building 1 has the roof completed and is already painted. Building 2 is just getting the roof tiles installed and painting will get started soon. Building 4 is up to the second story block stage and they are completing the first floor block in Building 3.
We we're over 50% sold out entering the month of June and already sold an additional 8 new homes this month!
The community is also buzzing with wildlife. Lots of birds are nesting on the littoral areas of the lake and yesterday we saw our first turtle out on the bank sunning itself!
