It’s Spring! Forget the cold weather and re?imagine your yard and garden. Be inspired asyou experience exciting options for gardening in Florida. The UF/IFAS Master Gardeners of Seminole County are sponsoring a unique opportuniy for gardeners and garden lovers.
The 4th Annual Garden Walk is scheduled for Sunday May 16, from 11am to 5pm. Plan a leisurely driving tour to view a diverse collection of outstanding gardens. Each of the gardens has been selected on the basis of beauty, ease of maintenance, and resource conservation.
This event is sponsored by the Sunniland Corporation, Do-It-Yourself Pest Control in Fern Park, South Seminole Farm and Nursery, the Seminole County Gardening Expo, and Wild Birds Unlimited of Winter Springs.

Magnolia Park - Annual Bluegrass Festival - April 17, 2010
This Saturday, April 17, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.for our 10th Annual Magnolia Park Bluegrass Festival. Local bands will play on an outdoor stage under the shade of moss draped live oaks. This years band line up will include Moonlite Express, Pine Creek, Seminole Ridge, the Porchdogs, and the Ramblin' Rose Band. Also featured will be a special "Grand Ole Opry" style show and performances by the Lake Eustis Area and Mount Dora Dulcimer Players. In addition the festival will host exhibits, food, and children's acitivies. Admission is $2 per adult. Children will be admitted free. Please bring your lawn chair. Sorry but no alcohol is allowed.
