The construction team at Saddle Bridge in Davie, FL has been puttign up townhomes at an incredible pace. Townhome Building 1 has the roof completed and is already painted. Building 2 is just getting the roof tiles installed and painting will get started soon. Building 4 is up to the second story block stage and they are completing the first floor block in Building 3.

The festivities for this annual celebration include musical entertainment, food and beverages as well as a spectacular fireworks display. Activities take place at Intracoastal Park on North Federal Highway just south of Gateway Boulevard. There will be free park-and-ride from the Bank of America on Federal Highway and Ocean Avenue from 6-10 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9 p.m.; please, no pets or personal fireworks permitted.
It's only a short ride from Briella to these festivities so feel free to stop by our sales office which is open 10am - 6pm.

July 4th Bicycle Parade: SAT July 4th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Terramar Park
The City of Parkland is inviting all families out to the 4th of July Annual Bicycle Parade at Terramar Park (6575 NW 76 Drive). Bring your bike decorated in patriotic colors and parade around the park while the judges’ award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes in all age divisions. Broward Sheriff’s Office will have a bike course set up to test the children on bike safety. There will also be a demonstration by Evolution Martial Arts. This is a FREE event open to all Parkland residents.

While many cities scaled back or are not having an annual firework celebration because of budget issues, it's nice to know some are in "celebration as normal" mode. Delray Beach plans to celebrate the Fourth of July with music, fun-filled activities and spectacular fireworks.
Festivities will include:
A sand sculpting contest on Delray Beach
The 30 x 60 foot American flag raising
Dancing on the beach
The Patriotic Bicycle & Scooter Parade
The Beautiful Baby Bathing Suit Contest
9:00 pm Grucci fireworks display, a grand finale tribute to our country's birthday.
