As the new year begins, many in Central Florida begin their quest for a new home. In 2010 there are some very attractive choices, from affordable townhomes to urban condominiums to luxurious homes along golf fairways.
The experts note that 2010 is a great time to buy a new home – interest rates remain at or near historical lows, the federal tax credit for first time buyers is available through April 30 and new home prices are very attractive.
“New designs. New features. New communities. New excitement,” said Deb Marton, Sales and Marketing Director for Centerline Homes in summing up the current market. “We’ve never had this many new designs and new communities to showcase. Buying a new home is fun again!”
