The experts note that 2010 is a great time to buy a new home – interest rates remain at or near historical lows, the federal tax credit for first time buyers is available through April 30 and new home prices are very attractive.

CENTERLINE HOMES STARTS NEW MODEL CENTER AT SUMMERLAKE IN HORIZON WEST
